2018-2019 REFUND POLICY
To withdraw and apply for a refund, please fill out and submit the above "Tuition Refund Request Form" online.

Our refund policy for Service Points Deposit is:
For families departing the school, the refund for family service point deposit must be requested within one year from the last day of the academic year in which they depart if the 20 volunteer service points are earned for the school year. Any unfulfilled service point will be subtracted at $20/point from the deposit, and the remaining deposit will be refunded to the family. After that time, no refund will be granted.
2018-2019 SECOND SEMESTER ENROLLMENT
Students might also join the school in the second semester, i.e., in the month of January, if there is still space available in a class. The tuition is $600. The first day of class is January 5, 2019.
For second semester enrollment, January 31, 2019 is the deadline for full refund, and February 28, 2019 for 50% refund; no refund after March 1, 2019. Fees for textbooks and new family registration fees are not refundable.
Tuition Refund Processing Fees will be applied for all tuition refund requests as stated above.
If payment is made by credit card, any refund will be issued to the original credit card used.
離校家庭倘若於該學年已做滿20小時志願服務， 須於離校該學年度之最後一日起算一年之期限內申請服務保証金之退費， 逾期恕不受理。若有尚未達成的服務點數，將以每點$20.00從保證金中扣除，餘額則可領回。
第二學期註冊者於2019年1月31日前申請退學，可全額退費 ； 2019年2月1日至2019年2月28日申請退學，可獲半數退費；2019年3月1日之後，不再受理退費。以上皆需扣除教科書費用。新學員家庭入學手續費一經繳交概不退還。
如果使用信用卡付款, 當申請退費時, 退款亦將退還至原先使用之信用卡。
